Karen was born and raised in the Galveston/ Harris County area with over 25 years in Real Estate. She was raised in the construction industry as her family was in Real Estate developing, and she spent 19 years in Residential New Home Construction Sales, so she has extensive knowledge in building and remodeling. Karen has been working with Residential and Commercial clients, developers, and investors for 25+ years

Michael Morris is an experienced real estate professional and currently serves as 

Agent/REALTOR for KJ Platinum Properties, LLC.  Michael is a values-driven business leader 

in the greater Houston community, reflected in his experience as a community bank shareholder/

executive over the past twenty years. Michael managed the Harris County Region for Moody 

Bank prior to establishing a de novo branch for Post Oak Bank (2006) located in Pasadena.  

Michael, along with the other executives, was instrumental in the sale of Post Oak Bank to 

Allegiance Bank in late 2018. Michael worked for his family land development company for many years and helped manage their business, Tiger Run Resort, in Breckenridge, CO. before returning home to Houston to enter the banking industry. Michael has also been a Founder/Managing Partner in a local real estate investment company, an underground utility construction company, and a car dealership, outside of his time in the banking industry. Michael has been a member of the Pasadena  Chamber of Commerce and Rotary Club, serving the community for many years.

Michael also has a passion for learning, with an undergraduate degree in Finance from 

the University of Houston and a diploma from the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at 

Southern Methodist University

 Lonnie Moffitt graduated from Murray State University in Kentucky with a Master’s Degree and was a secondary mathematics teacher in the 70s. Lonnie retired from the Space Program at the Johnson Space Center (JSC) after a 33-year career during which he worked for many years as a support engineer for the Shuttle Crews in the Astronaut office. His early experience in the space program was during the Gemini and Apollo Space Programs while working in Florida in the late 60s. Lonnie has worked as a Real Estate Agent for over 13 years in the Houston area and in the area of Lake Limestone, buying and selling lakefront property. He has experience in both Commercial and Residential Real Estate markets as well as experience in the Farm and Ranch market.
